MONICA LOUISE
Mental Health Executive | Clinical Leader | Educator & Advocate
I am the founder and former owner-operator of a successful mental health company of 16 years. I scaled the company to a successful sale while retaining 98% of employees during the acquisition – a testament to my leadership and commitment to sustainability.
I have dual licensure as a marital and family therapist and professional counselor in both Missouri and South Carolina and formerly in Michigan. I was a practicing clinician for 17 years. These years of experience and geographical span enable me to understand and navigate diverse regulatory landscapes effectively and confidently.
In addition to clinical and operational expertise, I have a strong background in training and development. I have trained and supervised mental health professionals for licensure ensuring their understanding of gold-standard care. My experience as an adjunct professor, author, and presenter at local, state, and national levels, demonstrates my commitment to advancing the field of mental health through education and thought leadership.
